Meet Deborah Watson

Hi, I’m Deborah — a Psychic Spiritualist Medium and Reiki Master based in Wetherby. Since 2013, when I became a qualified Reiki Master after five years of dedicated study, I’ve been helping others find clarity, healing and guidance.

Alongside offering Reiki healing, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and sharing this transformative practice through attunements. I also offer a range of services tailored to your needs, including tarot and crystal readings, photo readings, and connecting through personal objects you bring.

My goal is to provide you with the understanding and support you need to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Psychic Tarot & Spiritual Readings

Clarity, comfort and connection

Readings are conducted in a peaceful room at my Wetherby home. Home visits are available for those with mobility issues; travel beyond 5 miles incurs an agreed additional charge. Relax and keep an open mind for the best experience — focusing solely on one issue may block answers, so expect insights across various areas of life.

Crystal Readings

Select crystals from a large collection, holding them to blend energies. My guides tune into a crystal you feel drawn to, guiding your reading. Spirit connections and evidence of loved ones may come through, and readings conclude with tarot for confirmation.

Photo & Object Readings

Bring a photo or object connected to yourself or someone who has passed. I tune into the energy, although I cannot guarantee a particular loved one will come through.

Oracle & Guidance Readings

Focus on past, present and future potential, with messages from spirit guides offering reassurance and direction.

Tarot Readings

Tarot is integrated into all one-to-one readings for additional insight and confirmation.

Reiki Healing

Deep relaxation and natural healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A treatment feels like a radiance that flows through and around you, treating the whole person — body, emotions, mind and spirit — creating beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many people report wonderful results.

What to expect

You lie down on the massage bed, fully clothed, on a heated underblanket and covered with a warm overblanket. Soft background music helps you relax while I talk you through the process. Many clients drift off to sleep. Treatments last around 45 minutes.

After your treatment

Most clients feel refreshed and deeply relaxed. You'll be given a glass of water and encouraged to drink plenty afterwards as your body releases toxins and stale energy. You may feel tired that evening — this is normal and is simply your body's way of healing.

How often should I come?

This depends on the reason for your treatment. There is no fixed timescale — simply come whenever you feel ready.

Reiki Attunements

Become a channel for Reiki

Reiki is not 'taught' as such. Instead, the person who wishes to perform Reiki is given an attunement — a process of empowerment that opens the chakras needed to work as a Reiki healer. It connects you to the unlimited source of Reiki energy, with changes taking place in the chakras, the aura and the physical body, often alongside an emotional and toxic release as part of the clearing process.

Reiki 1 (First Degree)

Four attunements are performed and, once received, Reiki is with you for life — you can tap into it at any time. You'll be shown hand positions for full-body treatment (front and back), self-healing, seated healing, and how to use Reiki on plants and animals. This level is for family, friends, pets and animals (you cannot charge at this level).

Reiki II (Second Degree)

You'll be taught the three symbols — power, mental/emotional and distance healing. Sometimes called Reiki Practitioner level, at this stage you can charge for treatments and obtain insurance.

Reiki Master / Teacher

For those who wish to attune others. As Master you receive the Master power symbol and are shown psychic surgery; as Teacher you receive the two teaching symbols and learn how to attune others.

A Spiritual Assessment provides practical advice for your spiritual growth. Connecting with you on a spiritual level, we work together to discover your strengths and weaknesses as they relate to your life path — from identifying obstacles to overcome to areas of opportunity to develop. Sometimes we carry blockages from our past, including past-life traumas, which can be acknowledged and overcome.

IEMT is a therapy that produces rapid change using eye movements. It brings you into the present day and enables you to shed past negative experiences permanently. It can help with depression, PTSD, fears and anxiety, phobias, sleep deprivation and trauma.

What to expect on your visit

I'll welcome you into my relaxing therapy room and we'll explore your reasons for wanting the therapy before I explain the IEMT process so you feel completely comfortable. We work through various IEMT techniques, optionally followed by a 30-minute Reiki treatment to relax you fully. We'll be together for a total of 90 minutes.
